This training program is guaranteed to put size on your legs and make them bigger. The program will focus mainly on increasing your squat and deadlift strength, however it will also have a nice combination of isolation exercises too, making it the perfect choice if you are looking to make BOTH size and strength gains in your legs.
There are two options for this, a 4-day and a 5-day split.
I recommend running this training program for 6 weeks, or 8 weeks max. After that, you can take a 1-2 week break and go back to normal training, and then re-run this training program if you want. This training program is best suited for lifters who want to focus on building up their legs/lower body, while also maintaining size and strength in their upper body too!
